The “Open House” will be a two – days event during which the staff of World Trade Center Verona will present to all the entrepreneurs who will take part in it all the services and opportunities WTC Verona offers, together with the benefits of joining the WTC network. The event will take place in Villafranca di Verona (Via Portogallo 1/p.) on July 2nd – 3rd, continuous hours from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.

On June 11^th the whole world celebrates the “WTCA Day”, in memory of the tragic events of September, 11^th. The aim of the WTCA Day is to promote international trade as a mean to improve the wellness of a nation and reinforce stability among all the nations, keeping them away from useless wars. WTCs also want to make people aware of social matters, like education and sport; for this reason WTC Verona chose to patronize the soccer tournament 2° COPPA LIBER – “PRO GEORGIA” promoted by the association “Liber Onlus” from Verona.

Just before the European, African and Middle East Regional Meeting, held in Pescara (Italy) at the end of May, WTC Verona hosted a delegation from World Trade Center Cyprus Holding (representing 15 different WTCs in the Middle East and North Africa regions) guided by Vice President Mehran Eftekhar, and a delegation from World Trade Center Lille (France), represented by Deputy Director Miss Estelle Leclercq. A pleasant dinner in the historical centre of Verona represented the occasion for the delegates to meet the representatives of the productive sectors of Confindustria Verona, who presented to the foreign guests the most important economic fields in Verona, like logistics and transport, food and wine, machinery and fashion.

A delegation from WTC Verona participated to the important event “Rome-Bucharest: 2000 years of latinity”, organized by WTC Bucharest, Fondo Giulio Magni and University of Architecture and Urbanism “Ion Mincu”. WTC Verona, in collaboration with VeronaFiere, had the pleasure of introducing the trade fair “Abitare il Tempo” to a highly qualified audience, testifying the creativity and the Italian style it expresses: an appointment that smartly entwines business and culture, and has found the way to communicate to a dynamic and expanding market.
